I am very unhappy, this is the second time I have ordered from this site and both times there have been delays in delivery. Product ordered on June 16th received on July 8th. There will be no third order. For a site that recommends buying French, you should be able to deliver within 3 days maximum. Comprenne qui pourra !

Bonjour , maquette commander sans problème , le seul soucis c'est le temps d'attente pour la livraison presque 15 jours alors que d'autre site livre entre deux et 5 jours maxi même les Belges livre plus vite . si non a part cela on est prévenue de l'arrivée du colis si non un bon site de maquette qui reste pas donner niveau prix.

Nothing in particular to report, despite a slight delay in delivery

Too bad there wasn't a notification that the product purchased was out of stock. Then, good communication from the team. Once the product was available, fast delivery.

Parcel lost but once relaunched, the parcel arrived quickly, very happy with the figurine :)

I am satisfied with the service and the purchase. Only one detail is missing for the fifth star. I would like a shipping channel that allows tracking of shipping and delivery. Still, it remains a positive experience.

Delays a little long, but serious delivery

The site is well organized but perhaps a hair confusing.

It is that I received a voucher for this site otherwise I would never have ordered through this site. But it turns out they are scammers.
1. Free delivery from spending 100 euros, quite high but with such a store you're soon there anyway. I order here for 160 euros and use my vouchers. But they are not seen as money but as a discount code so you still have to pay shipping costs. Ridiculous 2. You order some things, half of them are delivered, namely all the small stuff, but you can forget about the big and expensive kit. If you then contact the customer service you get a response if you can send pictures because it should be in the box. Responded twice now and 2 weeks later and never heard anything back. Never buy anything here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 weeks to receive an order is pathetic, unacceptable. A serious lack of professionalism.

It was dispatched within a week as stated. It arrived well packaged. The product itself was unfortunately not quite the quality I had hoped for, but 1001Hobbies can't help that. I would order here again

1001 Hobbies has a wide range of products available, some of which I have not seen available from any other on line site. There service has been reasonably quick and reliable given the distances involved and their prices are not unreasonable. They do respond when there are problems with orders and handle them satisfactorily.

good price, fast delivery

It took a little too long, but I finally got everything.

An order that took two months to arrive. If you're ordering for a birthday, plan well ahead. A plane is missing and -1001 has offered to reimburse me (we'll see if the contract is honored from start to finish).

My "gift" arrived in a jiffy bag already opened with the contents inside, compromised.

arrived 5 days after anticipated date

All references in stock but more than a week to receive the parcel and what a parcel !!!! A poor bubble envelope with pots of paint, a brush without any protection... I don't recommend!

Big delay in the order, without my knowledge. I had to be the one to call them, as the order was still being "prepared". Too bad, because the rest went smoothly.

A pre-order item! I found the delay very long. The 2nd article is apparently no longer available! Why wasn't it put aside from the start, so as not to keep the customer waiting? As for the rest, I can't say much about it, as I'm basically only looking for pins, and I noticed that you didn't have much to offer on that front. But I'll take a look from time to time. As usual, the order was delivered without a hitch, despite a slight delay in relation to the original delivery date.
One broken resin part, but not due to the packaging, certainly broken at the manufacturer's, the broken part is not in the packaging.

Bit slow in getting to me

I don't know how or why my order was delayed, but I can testify that between the time I placed my order and its dispatch a fortnight later, I received two emails at regular intervals informing me that the site was doing its utmost to reduce the delay. This was probably due to an item being temporarily restocked between the time my order was placed and the time it was picked up by the warehouse staff. The parcel was well prepared and the cardboard boxes inside were in good condition. However, on the general level of the site, I would like clearer information on the paint references to be purchased in anticipation of the models ordered. I thought I saw that there was a service where the site team chose an assortment of paints to suit its own order, but it didn't seem very clear in its wording. Apart from that, browsing the site is pleasant. Perhaps I could add more search fields, such as the countries of origin of certain materials, which I found lacking in some of my searches. But overall I'm quite satisfied with your services and I'm thinking of placing another order, this time with more paint materials (brushes and colors).

A product was missing in the previous mailing. It was sent to me fairly expeditiously with no additional shipping charges

Nothing delivered yet.The order was May 10.The delivery has been on the way since May 22.Reply to my message about it sometimes taking longer.Haven't had a reply to my last message yet.Calling is often in vain.I know that because of a pre order I'm still waiting for.I'm really sorry I ordered here.
So bad contact and so long in transit I do not even know if it arrives. I think the good resencies are deceitful when I came with difficulty to the bad I was shocked and I find it shameful that they do nothing about it. It's not that the delivery is cheap or something just more expensive than most. For me not understandable that a company does nothing about it. 1 star is 1 too many

Shortly after placing my order, I had a snag that would prevent me from being there the week following my order. So I immediately wrote an email while the order was still being processed to ask them to postpone the delivery date by specifying the date of my return home. They replied that the item was not yet in their possession, but they were waiting for the delivery which would happen in one to two weeks and then ship it. Reassured that it would take a week minimum for supply and a few days for shipment, I did not respond again. From one day to the next, my order on their site went from "being processed" to "being delivered" without even receiving a notice that it had left their warehouse. So I rewrote an email explaining that I had previously written that I was not home and as a response I received an email saying that they had sent the package and a summary of the delivery information. In the end I personally contacted PosteItaliane shipping service and they helped me with my order. 1001Hobbies LOW SERVICE!!!

The empty package arrived, and late too!

Absolutely pitiful! Order placed in March and we are almost in July and still nothing has arrived!!!!!!
