Well and neatly taken care of. But find the delivery time very long. Is six days in between and I find that less.

Searching and ordering are clear and easy. However, there are inconsistencies between package tracking and carrier information.

Quality is really top even after 2 months, which I think is already a long time, the quality can make up for it.

Order took 5 weeks to arrive from the time it was ordered

Good for management Improve kits. Cutter a bit light Medium brushes. I have better Raphaël brushes.

Delivery on time. Model arrived in good condition. Less protective packaging than your Oups Model competitor.

Some of the pads do not come off, they are stuck together and I have to cut them to separate. Otherwise, I do thank you.

The packaging was terrible and obviously the display case was broken, I claimed it and never heard from them again.

The product was perfect, just as I wanted it to be. It arrived on time and therefore my experience was good.

I was skeptical at first, but it seems to be reputable. Shipping was a week longer than stated, but OK.

I am very unhappy, this is the second time I have ordered from this site and both times there have been delays in delivery. Product ordered on June 16th received on July 8th. There will be no third order. For a site that recommends buying French, you should be able to deliver within 3 days maximum. Comprenne qui pourra !

Bonjour , maquette commander sans problème , le seul soucis c'est le temps d'attente pour la livraison presque 15 jours alors que d'autre site livre entre deux et 5 jours maxi même les Belges livre plus vite . si non a part cela on est prévenue de l'arrivée du colis si non un bon site de maquette qui reste pas donner niveau prix.

Parcel lost but once relaunched, the parcel arrived quickly, very happy with the figurine :)

I am satisfied with the service and the purchase. Only one detail is missing for the fifth star. I would like a shipping channel that allows tracking of shipping and delivery. Still, it remains a positive experience.

Delays a little long, but serious delivery

The site is well organized but perhaps a hair confusing.

It is that I received a voucher for this site otherwise I would never have ordered through this site. But it turns out they are scammers.
1. Free delivery from spending 100 euros, quite high but with such a store you're soon there anyway. I order here for 160 euros and use my vouchers. But they are not seen as money but as a discount code so you still have to pay shipping costs. Ridiculous 2. You order some things, half of them are delivered, namely all the small stuff, but you can forget about the big and expensive kit. If you then contact the customer service you get a response if you can send pictures because it should be in the box. Responded twice now and 2 weeks later and never heard anything back. Never buy anything here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 weeks to receive an order is pathetic, unacceptable. A serious lack of professionalism.

It was dispatched within a week as stated. It arrived well packaged. The product itself was unfortunately not quite the quality I had hoped for, but 1001Hobbies can't help that. I would order here again

I didn't even get half of my order but paid for it. I actually want my money back.
