Correct order. Navigation on the correct page although the prices are not cheaper than in the official store so next time I will do it there. Very bad shipping. Paying 7,5€ for a shipment weighing less than 1kg and waiting 11 days when it is specified that the delivery will be made in 4 (since everything was in stock) seems to me very bad. For delay, this shipment costs 2-3€, not 7,5€. And also the envelope arrived broken and completely wrinkled and the goods deposited inside with little security, receiving blows and so on.

Fatal, not recommended at all, the delivery was delayed 6 days after waiting a week, almost twice as long, on top of that the product came wrong, the one I ordered was a size of 8cm and they sent me one of more than 34cm. On top of that they put impediments to make the return, all bad, I do not recommend it.

Incorrect information on stock status, product availability too long. Staff not very helpful. This site already suffers from a bad reputation in the model-building world, and its team does nothing to try to improve its image, even when they receive comments on how to improve their site, which they ignore. When there's a problem, it's always the customer's fault, not theirs.

We do have our constraints, but over the past year and a half, we've made a lot of changes, simplified procedures and sought to be more transparent with our customers. But Rome wasn't built in a day, and it takes time. As far as stock levels and availability are concerned, we try to do our best, but we are ultimately dependent on our suppliers and the information they send us. Overall I found the site quite easy to use although some search terms require a lot of precision and the results typed in one way or another differed greatly. For example, when typing "Bf109" or "Bf 109" different products. My particular shipment took a long time to process as one of the items was awaiting replacement. This was not a problem for me as I was aware of it and was not in a hurry. My experience as a customer has been positive and I recommend the store :))
