Received the box I ordered with all the primers in them broken, the package was contaminated and it was stinking so much of chemicals that Royal Mail had to wrap it in a bag. Now I'm asking them fir a refund they want me to return it to them first!!! Seriously ehich carrier would ship a box contaminated with hazardous chemicals back to France?

It says a wide range but that does not take away from the fact that the delivery takes a very long time, this will definitely be the last time I will place another order. There are more modeling shops where the range is just as large probably greater, delivered within 1 or 2 business days.

Poor instructions, especially for paint. Poor customer service as a part was broken in the pack and they say they dont make them anymore??? Finally, poor fitment. Will not buy another Trumpeter product.

At the time of writing this review I have had to wait 6 weeks for one item, the other is yet to be delivered. There was no contact from them, I had to chase several times to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really bad business practice. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great. I would give an excellent review except that the tracking was not very informative. Since I travel frequently I rely on tracking to help my scheduling. Sometimes I have to let friends and family know that a package is arriving. I don't like leaving things out by my front door because of other people stealing objects from doorsteps.
