Outrageous. I'm going to ask for a refund because I wanted to cancel my order 10min after seeing it made and had no customer feedback despite my emails. I then saw that you only offered a refund in the form of a credit note with return at cost. This is the 1st and last time I will use your site and count on me to speak badly of your site to my friends and family.
Even worse, I see that I can't give you 0 stars. Bunch of rats.

so, first of all, they never answer the phone then, my order took 3 weeks to arrive, they had lost the package, then they reissued an order, at this time I do not know where it is, then I received my package, the 1st order that was found, but then oh surprise, there was an item missing, surprised they were going to send me another, to make a commercial gesture that I asked them for more, because they hadn't thought of it, they offered me, careful eyes it stings, a voucher for 5 euros, yes 5 EUROS, it scares the hell out of me, apart from that everything's fine.

Easy navigation and wide selection. Good communication. Delay in sending the order but I was warned. Quick response to my emails. On the other hand, delivery by mondial relais sucks. In a bad relay point and too complicated to move it from one relay point to another ... Otherwise I wouldn't have received my order placed on November 23rd for Christmas. In short, I had to go out of my way.

the product was not great. the price was outlandish and the whole thing was a rip off.
The cost to return it was $270.00 to get it there in time. We will not be doing this and so have just written the whole thing off to experience. We will not deal with 1001 hobbies ever again.

Box was damaged WITHIN the packaging. Luckily nothing inside was broken (briefly checked).
Big box and the model is big so nicely done on having that available. Just keep in mind the box packing when ordering.
