great model but a bit expensive

My order was smashed, it looked like someone stepped on it making it garbage. The box it was shipped in was flimsy and thin and would be damaged easily

Paint accessories ordered on Monday evening and received on Wednesday. Fast, efficient. For a first order, it gives you confidence

The website is very well organized and visually appealing, Each model has a number of images to select/view. Overall, I really liked the website but found the check-out process to be a bit confusing. It kept rejecting my credit card but never gave a reason for the decline. I was finally able to figure out the issue and successfully place the order. (I wish I could recall the decline issue, but I know it wasn't due to an issue with the card itself). It took about a month for delivery (to the USA), but I received periodic email updates about it's status during that time. The kit arrived intact despite the shipping box not having adequate cushioning material. Again, the website itself is great. Just some room for improvement in the shipping process.

Generally good, small availability problem on some items, not serious.

Although I haven't built it yet it looks good quality.

One good thing: the delivery (at 8 euros, I was hoping it would be quick). Otherwise, a very bad surprise. I ordered a product presented as a metallic miniature, painted and decorated. With delivery and gift-wrapping, I got 50e. The product arrived the next day, so there's nothing to say about the delivery, but fortunately I wasted the 2e50 in the gift pack to check the product. It wasn't a metal miniature but a plastic model (not necessarily of very good quality, by the way)...of course neither painted nor decorated and with absolutely nothing supplied for assembly. I'm not going to send this package back, in fact I've already assembled the model since it was for a gift, but I ordered a decorative item and ended up with a piece of white plastic. I might as well tell you that I don't recommend a service that claims several times on an item page that it's something and then sends you the exact opposite. Still no answer from the after-sales service, maybe an update one day...

Two products are missing from the advertised delivery. And no delay for the product that is not in stock is delivered.

My order was perfect but fair warning. Royal mail in the uk are terrible. It was in my local office for a week before they delivered it. Even though i paid the duty right away. Shame as your site has such a good range of parts.

Missing the delivery note otherwise everything was perfect, no errors on the products and products compliant and in good condition.

Service was fast, however the way the box was packed left a lot to be desired. The models box was wrapped in bubble wrap and looked like the postal employees played football with it. Every corner and one end received damage. The kit it's self wàs fine and in perfect condition. It's now part of the stash and eighth in line.

The type of accumulators did not have the contact blades to be soldered.

I received the order a few days later than expected but the store informed me of everything correctly.

It is very serious, shipping costs a little expensive.

As this is a remote order, the description of the model should be more detailed so that there are no unpleasant surprises about the product. That said, ordering is easy and the execution and shipping are fast, even if the cost seems a little high to me.

Website is OK, what is inconvenient is that if you have an order out some parts may be or become unavailable. That holds up the order very much.

This company has a uk web address, but actually ships from abroad had I known id never have used them, I tried to cancel after waiting a week and was told the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. The item turned up 4 weeks after ordering.
I would never use them again .

told me I was being “impatient” when delivery was already 4 days late
then told me I was a “low priority”
then told me to wait 10 to 15 days after the promised delivery date presumably before troubling them again
well, guess who’s a “low priority” now - you’re so low a priority for my custom you can kiss goodbye to any repeat orders
and … it still hasn’t been delivered 10 days after the promised delivery date
unfortunately I can’t rate with zero stars - dont deserve even a 1 star

Product is good. However despite the items being shown as ‘ in stock and ready for immediate dispatch ‘ it took two weeks to be posted. Otherwise ok.

Did an order that wouldn't ship for a while. Cancelled that and a week later only got part of the refund! Had to push to get the rest of it.
Then I stupidly did more orders. They said they'd be here by date X, but it's past that date and I have only received half of the orders!
Please just avoid them. They're more hassle than they're worth

The gift wrapping was horrendous, part of the box were still showing. Both boxes were crushed because they shipped the items in bubble wrap only. How am I suppose to gift these items now?

Prompt delivery but perhaps the packing of the item could be better (just using bubble wrap around the box is questionable with the UK postal system!)

Complete site, easy to access, well-packaged product, short lead time.

Although I am regularly informed of the reasons why my order takes so long to be dispatched, it is important to be clear beforehand and to say whether the item is in stock with the seller or only with its suppliers... which is not the same thing...
