Package came from France to the United Kingdom in only one layer of bubble wrap as packaging, no box at all!
As a result my item, which was a collectors piece, was damaged very badly.
To add insult to injury they also taped my other item to the collectable items box, damaging it further.
I contacted them but have had no reply so far, I wouldn't recommend 1001 Hobbies.

But now for each model I think I would like to build I have googled them and if the model is not considerably cheaper for similar priced ones you can get them without paying postage.
