shipping takes a little while but otherwise fine thanks

Regarding the order that I received five star. However I had previously placed an order that was said to be backordered. I waited almost 3 months before I was informed that they were never going to get it back and again. This is quite disappointing.

Somewhat confusing information on available stock and delivery time. The outer packaging, boxes wrapped directly in a sheet of bubble wrap and 4 pieces of tape, without being spectacular, has fulfilled well and everything arrived intact... And on time.

Good delivery work and friendly drivers

Hello. Nickel chrome for both purchase and delivery. Impeccable. Thank you 1001Hobbies. Yes. Acrylic paint retarder. Good products from what I've seen on various YouTube tutorials. I already have the one for acrylic lacquers. I just needed the one for acrylic paints. For oil paints, I use either Wite spirit or a suitable thinner. And that's it. Hehe. Bonne maquettes à tous. Serious order tracking

Customer service really sucks, you can tell they send your messages ASAP with standard replies. Without taking the time to read through and help you properly. Haven't come across such Customer Service since years.

Delivery without notice on different day than indicated

very clear navigation, attractively priced product and delivery on time to my expectations in relay point packaged with care . and model easy enough to assemble for a beginner! just the aerograph is temperamental!!!

it was good to get progress reports on the status of my delivery,everything worked as it should have.

What I don't understand is ordering on a Dutch website and the order is sent via French mail. That's why it might take a little longer. Otherwise all good with my order, packed fine and delivered without damage.

Perfect for the product (impossible to find elsewhere in France!) Slightly slower delivery than advertised.

Poor communication regarding order, and should have been more warning about import fees due.

Ordered a Dice bag and dice. Was sent the Dice Bag with not dice. Tried to contact the company to get the rest of my order shipped to me but nothing was done. I will not be using this site again.

Order tracking is very well organized. Shipment to Switzerland via the CH Colissimo postal service is certainly not the right choice. This postal service felt obliged to carry out a customs clearance check ... and massacred the packaging!... It's a pity that 1001 Hobbies chose the "Colissimo" formula ...it cost them 1 star ...and me an extra bill!... Kind regards.

Order and payment was easy to use.

Took a while to arrive but all in order

I ordered my product on 7 June with a 1 to 2 week delivery. I did not realise that warehouse was in France. I had to wait 10 days for the order to be processed. It then was ready for dispatch. Then late Friday an error appeared on my order. I emailed at the beginning of the following week to find out what the problem was and when i would get the product and they said my order had a computer bug so the order had to be recreated and it would be delivered in 3 days. I had to wait another 7 days while this order was processed. It then went ready for dispatch and then surprise surprise an error appeared. I again emailed to cancel the order. They responded that the order had been dispatched and if I wanted my money back I would have to return the product. UPS did not collect the product from the warehouse until lunch the next day. I will never use this company ever again.
