Had to pay import tax which was not quoted

Hello it's been nearly 1 month that I'm waiting for my refund that I still have not received, your employer has canceled the order, and I still have received nothing having sent several e-mail with and without response towards the end I advise anyone to buy from you especially as I must be reimbursed a sacred sum of money 500 €.

"Instant ship" Took 3 weeks to leave the warehouse, another month to get here, when it got here it was packaged in nothing but bubble wrap... no box or anything just bubble wrap for international shipping, the box was damaged so badly it was open and the decal sheet fell out as I carried it into my house... A basic box would have prevented all of this but that is too much for 22 in shipping on 70usd in items I guess. They have not answered my emails yet, might have to force a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The decals had some bends in the decals, but overall they were fine.

Delivery took a lot longer than indicated on the website. Contacted via email but did not receive a response.... Eventually arrived in a very damaged package.

I find it unfortunate that the assembly information comes in all languages except Spanish, and it happens in all the purchases I have made with you. For my part you have lost a customer.

I got ruined in bullshit, on the 2cv of teleguided rally the parts are overpriced and for only one part you need at least 50 others.

Electrical items supplied to UK may come with European plug. This was not clear and buying from a .co.uk I thought I would be getting a UK spec item. Possibly in breach of Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 by selling to UK market?

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITIO! I still have not received my package and it is already almost two months. I have written twice and not heard back, and finally when I called they promised to have an answer to where the package was in three business days and have not contacted me again. Pure crap, I would never recommend it, it would be 0 stars yes there was the option. DO NOT ORDER! It's been nearly two months and I STILL have not received my package. I wrote to customer service twice and got NO reply, and when I finally called to demand answers they promised to contact me with info on where my package was within 3 business days and NEVER got back to me. After about a week to two weeks the package was delivered, until then no mail or message about status of delivery, but otherwise reasonably fast delivery and product is fine

1001 has some hard to find kits at reasonable prices. Turn-around (order to receipt) is a little slow, but not bad for international shipping.

Everything was fine so far. It just wasn't clear that the goods came from France, which meant that delivery took a little longer. But otherwise everything was fine.
