Good service. The products were sent wrapped simply in bubble wrap, so the products are fully visible. I think it could be improved by putting them in a box, ben that no breakage was made on the products.

The stock of the store is not real and once you have paid they tell you that they will not be able to send it in the estimated time. Thank goodness for the paypal payment that gave me certain guarantees.

I received my order quickly, and I am very satisfied. For the future I hope that nothing changes.

The ordering process was easy. Was kept informed as to when the book was shipping/shipped. Down side was the tracking info did not give a eta for delivery. Was notified that but was delivered when in fact it was the next day it

I never received the product and after repeated E-mails also did not get the money back. Am very dissatisfied. Don't know if I will ever get my money back.

Apart from a small delay in dispatching the goods, the order was successfully completed. Excellent after-sales service.

Third attempt! Shortly after ordering, I canceled the order by e-mail. Three weeks later, the parcel arrived anyway. I sent it back at my own expense. So far I have not received any money.

I express my disappointment concerning order UD8IBUARU.
That order consisted of two kits: - SMER kit - Fiat CR.32 - Flying Machine kit - Paggio P108 Now, while the SMER kit arrived exact, the Flying Machines kit arrived incorrect tispect to what was published in your online catalog.
In fact instead of the kit, a transparent envelope arrived with a card inside with a picture of in airplane, moreover not even related to the Piaggio p108.
Big disappointment!
The fact that the envelope had a label with a bar code and P108 written on it, I think it was an oversight during storage, at least this I want to believe!!!
I voiced this complaint of mine already by email because I could not find a way to do it on your site.
But no acknowledgement or response.
I would appreciate being able to return the wrong merchandise, and maybe purchase something different.
Ps: I realized, unfortunately after the purchase and after the email complaint, that already another user had been risetvato the same treatment.

So I ordered a hg kshatriya and received the wrong item a entry grade gundam (for like a quarter of the price) and sent an email to them but all I got back was send us it back this is unacceptable I request that u send out the correct item or if you can do that a full refund this is terrible 1 of worst sites ever I feel like you have treated me like a mug plus when I tried to call you r always close if u can get back to me asap so we can resolve this problem

Lousy experience. Despite repeated requests to stop sending me Spam from your company, they continue to do so.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the delivery time. I only regret that the curtain ropes are not included in this package.

What a lack of professionalism! After returning a product, the site clearly shows that the refund request has been taken into account, but it's now been over a month that, despite several reminders, I haven't seen a thing... My future purchases on this site are compromised, too bad!

Never again

Ordering system was fine, easy enough to navigate. Didn't realise that some items were on back order so delivery took a while, but not outrageous. Was a little disappointed with all the non standard labeling in French covering the English directions and caution labeling, something which I think should be addressed at source, especially when targeting the UK market. Otherwise everything is good, items as described and correct, good value for money, no complaints really.

Although on the site the products were available, it turned out that this was not really the case, hence the slightly long delivery time. Apart from that, it's OK.

The delivery time from start to finish was WAY too long

To this day I still haven't used paints and airbrushes. I will be sure to give as soon as possible.
