AS OF TODAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND OF AN ORDER(items missing from stock) FROM 12/14/21.

I'm very satisfied with all the services. But as with every update of the site, the search for products becomes complicated because the SQL queries are not correct. For example, the list of manufacturers goes from A to A instead of A to Z.

Fast delivery and well-packaged package, a good discovery. I just regret that the 1001hobbies cutting pliers " are not suitable for removing plastic parts, they crush rather than cut and leave dirty stress marks on the plastic...a manufacturing defect with my pliers perhaps.

The product i bought was broken. They will only refund shipping and won’t replace the item so i am stuck with it.

I just began doing business with 1001. Sofar, everything has been positive. Happy I found this for future orders!

delivery within 48 hours !!!! ??? Delivered 13 days after ordering! This gave me time to compare prices on this order €25 difference without going through Ebay or Amazon!

I live in America and bought an item from 1001hobbies. I’d never heard of the site before so I was sort of apprehensive about ordering, but I bit the bullet and went ahead with my order anyway since I couldn’t find the item I was ordering anywhere else.
In the end, I did end up getting my order about 2 weeks later through the economy shipping option. My item came from France, so the long shipping times are understandable, though tracking stopped updating once it left France, which would have been nice.
I never received any shipping updates after that, including when my package was delivered; it just kind of showed up one day without a notification of delivery of any kind. Still, my order arrived within the specified timeframe and the undamaged.
In short, if you’re a US buyer who’s unsure about whether or not to buy from 1001hobbies, I’d say go for it if you’re willing to put up with the sparse shipping updates and the 2+ week shipping times.

The delivery did not correspond to the order, 2 more times, after 1 first complaint...a priori it would be the supplier's fault...but obviously there is no CTRL of quality before delivery in this commercial company...a shame!!!!

Fast delivery! Ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday!

Bad. Products never arrived. They ship from France with untracked shipping. After a one month wait, with excuses that are neither in heaven nor on earth from customer care, I had to ask for a refund through PayPal. I will never buy anything from them again! They do not deserve even one star.

Satisfied with the site and service but unfortunately I can't get the store on the phone.

Incorrect offers appear, which are either not available or are delivered incorrectly (instead of a 1/48 airplane model, a rubber seal for an RC car...). You don't get your money back...only vouchers. Very dubious. Happened twice already...certainly not a third time!

Shipping time is a bit long

Order arrived incomplete (one item missing). Two messages sent to contact address (the third today 16 February 2022). No response! I have had problems with other sites but they have always been quickly corrected with a courteous response. I now avoid the 1001 Hobbies site, which I don't trust at all.

Ordered product that was in stock, waited 6 weeks for it and still nothing. Then asked for my money back and that would be within 14 working days and that also went wrong. Still waiting for my money. I will never order here again

I did not receive the product!

After placing the order at the end of December I requested the cancellation a week later, and more than a month later I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent weekly mails and they tell me that it is requested but they do not give me the money back.very bad management and customer service. I will not order anything else from this website. I have already lost the money.

Very good and accessible site, clear and efficient. On my last order, there was one drawback: my order was announced as available, whereas I had to wait for the item to become available ...

The only downside for me was that my order was not carried out in the pages of your site. Perhaps I'm not familiar enough with the tricks of the trade in your model-maker's Eden? Sincerely

Report 2 to 4 business days delivery time and then deliver 14 days later because items turn out to be out of stock. Just state where it stands.
