I went to the store in Paris 11 and was told that the item I wanted could only be purchased on the site! Order placed on the site on 16/12, payment made immediately. The available product was to be received within 2 to 4 days. Payment requested a second time on 18/12. Not having received proof of the 1st payment, I paid a second time to be sure of receiving it for Christmas. As a result, my order was counted twice (article and postage) because the 1st payment had been made! I was to receive my parcel before Christmas but then the product was no longer available! I sent messages and tried to call without any reply!
Having received nothing for Christmas, I called and finally got an answer! I asked for the order to be cancelled and reimbursed! The same day, I got a message telling me that the parcel was in my box, while a message told me that the product was still being restocked!
I'm willing to be understanding, it was Christmas, you were swamped, there's Covid, delivery times are hard to meet ... I'm not satisfied with this purchase and I do not recommend buying on your site!!!!

Kit exactly as advertised. Website has option for English, but important parts of tracking remained in French. Fortunately, easy to understand with a little knowledge of the language.

No one answers my calls. Delay too long (almost a month to receive my package) they sent my package in a mailbox that was not mine in another address and items that were not in stock but marked as available. To be avoided!

Stated 5-8 days delivery time, but it got much later. Can always be a little later due to the holiday rush, but this late is not really neat. At ali express where you guys get it I probably would have gotten it earlier. Needed it quickly for a joke and now it was so much too late

Amazing that a company that seeks so much feedback is so poor. Goods shown as in stock weren't, emails to customer service were ignored. Over a month from ordering to receiving my goods. Funniest thing was after leaving feedback on another site and making it clear I would never order from this company again, they sent me a code for a whole 10 euros off my next order!

I did receive my item before Christmas, but the messages I received suggest that the customer is being taken for a ride... the seller said he had sent the parcel, but the carrier didn't pick it up until much later!

Unfortunately, the delivery time indicated on the Internet for the ordered decals was not met. Otherwise everything was o.k. Ordered model was only available at 1001hobbies.

I received my goods but 1 of these is not working and I am not getting any response to this from the website.

Long lead time as the product was advertised as being in stock when it wasn't. Good communication.

order processed on time. The only complaint is that the relay point availability alert should also be sent by sms... more practical for people like me who don't check their email every day. otherwise RAS I recommend this site and will surely recommend it again.

The Roco model ordered arrives late, after two false delivery announcements by the SDA courier chosen by 1001 Hobbies for delivery.When the 'order arrives it does NOT work.I am forced several times to open it to check the contacts on the wheels.After each verification it works fine, but only for a short time. On the third verification it does NOT work anymore. I am forced to have the ordered locomotive repaired at my expense. LAST EXPERIENCE WITH 1001 HOBBIES who NEVER answers the contact phone 02124120034

The kit looks very solid. Didn't know what to expect but this looks good. Is now under the Christmas tree. Wonder what the recipient thinks of it.
