Horrible experience!!!!! Never again ordering from this website. Took months to send me an incomplete order and they refused to give me a refund for an item I didn’t receive. Very disappointed and frustrated with this company.

My experience with 1001hobbies is unfortunately very bad. Despite all items on the website being marked as 'in stock', it took almost a month for my order to finally be delivered. When the package finally arrived, several items turned out to be opened and damaged. I immediately tried to contact customer service to resolve this, but to date, I have received no response at all. It feels like a misleading way of doing business: they take your money immediately under the promise that products are in stock, only to deliver them broken after a month. I am very dissatisfied with both the delivery time and the complete absence of customer service. I would rather shop on eBay or Temu in the future than ever order anything here again.

Bad, the order arrived with a poorly closed paint can. But the problem is not that, which it is, but the disastrous incident management and customer service system, since after sending the complaint and receiving an automatic response message that they would urgently attend to the complaint, no one has managed it or contacted me. Instead of solving the customer's problem, all they do is send automatic messages like this one, asking about the level of satisfaction with the purchase. Why do you send these messages if you are not going to pay attention to them? Do you think these messages of concern for what the customer thinks give you more credibility? The reality is the opposite; the true credibility that makes the customer return to buy is achieved by solving the customer's problem well and quickly. Asking for feedback without acting afterwards not only does not generate credibility but also causes the loss of one customer plus many others by sharing the negative experience.
