Excellent customer relations: Thanks to the person who contacted me by phone to offer me 2 free shipments, as one of the products was likely to arrive later (my fault, I hadn't read the message when ordering). PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE! My experience was disastrous, please do not buy here, they have terrible customer service and do not allow you to cancel orders. My order took months to arrive. when I tried to contact them by phone to ask for updates on my order they asked me to be patient as we had a mutual commitment, after weeks of not knowing anything I tried to cancel my order due to this situation and my calls went unanswered and my emails took almost a week to be answered. They would not let me cancel my order and sent me a very poorly packaged package with damage to the product boxes.
