Shortly after placing my order, I had a snag that would prevent me from being there the week following my order. So I immediately wrote an email while the order was still being processed to ask them to postpone the delivery date by specifying the date of my return home. They replied that the item was not yet in their possession, but they were waiting for the delivery which would happen in one to two weeks and then ship it. Reassured that it would take a week minimum for supply and a few days for shipment, I did not respond again. From one day to the next, my order on their site went from "being processed" to "being delivered" without even receiving a notice that it had left their warehouse. So I rewrote an email explaining that I had previously written that I was not home and as a response I received an email saying that they had sent the package and a summary of the delivery information. In the end I personally contacted PosteItaliane shipping service and they helped me with my order. 1001Hobbies LOW SERVICE!!!

We currently do not have a service that allows you to delay the shipment of your package. We will try to find a way to do so. However, if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier always offers you an option: a new delivery or delivery to a place near your home. Have a great day!
