I ordered the Huey model not directly from 1001 Hobbies, but they were the dealer that sent the kit to me. The process was good, I received all the purchase, shipment and delivery status info inns timely fashion. I would rate them highly for their service.

My only drawback is that one of the brushes didn't have the bristles protected and that the parcel arrived a little late... something that can happen as it has never happened with previous orders. Satisfied all the same!

I discovered the site to change my Amazon orders. As a result, it took over 5 weeks to receive a product that would have taken 2 days on the other site... And no communication apart from automatic emails "your parcel has not yet been prepared". What a shame!

I ordered 5 models. One model was built and I wrote to tell them that I wanted to return or exchange it. They responded by giving me a mailing address and told me that they will tell me how to make the return. I do not know if they will refund me the money, they will send me a voucher. I will not buy again. I do not recommend it because they do not give facilities for the return.
