Very bad experience. Ordered 2 model cars in December 2021 for about €72.00. Emailed several times after 2 months when to expect the order. Would be shipped. Of course received nothing. Then 4 request to refund the amount I paid. Answer was, passed on to financial administration, take into account 2 weeks processing. After one and a half weeks still no refund.

After one and a half still nothing refunded. très mauvaise expérience. Commandé 2 voitures miniatures en décembre 2021 pour environ 72,00 €. Envoyé plusieurs fois par e-mail après 2 mois quand attendre la commande. serait expédié. Rien reçu bien sûr. Après 4 demande de remboursement du montant payé par moi. La réponse était, compte tenu de l'administration financière, prend 2 semaines à traiter. Après un an et demi toujours rien remboursé
