Two things pre-ordered. One for the beginning of December, the other for August this year. When the first item was marked as available in the store and nothing happened, I sent a support request asking if the goods would only be delivered when the second item was also available. I got the answer that they were sorry, the first item was no longer available. Six weeks later, it is still in the store as immediately available. At least the cancellation of the order went smoothly, even if it took a long time.

Ordered product well before the holidays. Product was supposed to be delivered within a few days. Sent an email after a few days, then found the product was not available and could take weeks. Order placed on 19/12/2021 delivery expected on 27/12/2021 max. On the order tracking, it is still not prepared (17/01/2022), I canceled and normally I should be refunded. Site to avoid, or else order 1 year in advance to be delivered for next Christmas. I ordered on another site on 17/01/2022 and delivery was made on 19/01/2022.
