I provided a correct address but the package was sent to a completely different city and address, i still haven't received my ordered item

The item was not easy to find over here and your price was comparable to other companies who sold the product but they were out of stock so I saw you had it in stock awesome service fast delivery service very happy with your store and product

I ordered some items that were supposed to be available for immediate delivery. They should have been delivered the next day or the day after. Instead, it took more than a week. Communication via email was difficult and the mail was blamed. Eventually I got my package, but by then had arranged for an alternative at another store. Unless it is something I really cannot buy anywhere else I would not order here again.

The customer service was terrible, there was a worker who barely spoke Spanish and on top of that you could hear a child crying. She hung up on me twice with little professionalism and did not give me any solution. I had sent them an email expressing a complaint that the model that they have sold me is not the original TRUMPERTER MODEL FORD GT40 MKII ref. TU05403. that was the US SPORTS CARS with ref. MAG00019 that does not have the original decals where they put FORD and that in all the web the model is much cheaper than the one I had ordered. I feel cheated and poorly served and have made me lose my time and the illusions that I had about this model. They have already created so much distrust in me that I am afraid to return it because I will not get the money I paid for the model. To all of you who buy this model I want you to know that it is not the original Trumpeter model, I don't know what brand it is because it doesn't even say it. A customer who feels cheated.

I like 1001 HOBBIES, they are usually well stocked with a massive range of kits in all scales, from the best manufacturers. This is not the average kit shop, it is a multinational, multi-site company, operating websites in several countries, with stock storage and distribution capacity to meet anyone's requirements.
Ordering and paying online was seamless. Delivery was adequate even if a little slower because my order was shipped from 1001 HOBBIES' warehouse in France, dispatch to the United Kingdom. It takes a few days longer, due to BREXIT. But BREXIT is not their fault obviously. It is the British Government's fault (not in my name, I didn't vote in favour of BREXIT, I don't like fascists!).
The kit (a 1:72 scale SH-60B Seahawk helicopter) arrived well packaged and protected, the original Hasegawa box was pristine, as if it had just left the factory and the kit inside was perfect is every way imaginable. Stunning service, dispatch and delivery. Thank you very much indeed.
So, overall 1001 HOBBIES is absolutely fantastic, I definitely will continue to order from them and I highly recommend them to hobbyists all over the World.

The order ran perfectly. The delivery could have been faster, although I think the cause is with Bpost. You informed me on Aug. 5 that the parcel had been sent. On Aug. 12, Bpost claims they haven't received the package yet. Strange because that evening around 11.50 they send via the app that they will deliver the package the next day.I find this strange.I do not have a good experience with Bpost.For the rest everything ok . I found a lot of Metal Earth models on the side.Greetings
