Very efficient service and the package came wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to keep it safe and secure. Very happy with the transaction and will use 1001hobbies in the future.

Run away from this store, error when buying an item, email within 12 hours to cancel the order and no response. The store sends the item (it happens) on the other hand procedure for product return initiated on their site (archaic by the way) and it's been 5 days that I'm waiting for someone to deign to answer me, the way customers are treated is not acceptable.

Terrible! Sent me the wrong kit, finally accepted that they had made a mistake, promised to send me a return label so I could return it, and two weeks later no sign of it! I am still, a month later, still without the kit that I PAID FOR! Awful! Do not shop here!
