I'm horrified by the praise in some of the reviews. In my case, I've had no news of my order since February 16, and I have to go through truspilot to get some semblance of a polite but unkept promise, even though I've left four messages on my account with such behavior, I don't give a damn about your future...... I don't blame you for not knowing how to deliver, but for not communicating...it's simply shameful and unworthy of a COMMERCIAL company....... To read or hear you...

First delivery 3 glass containers in a bubble envelope...one broken and leaking. Purchase price refunded plus 5€. Second order one item not delivered but wrong product. German language site suggests that delivery comes from Germany (my personal perception) but comes from France and takes too long in my opinion. You are asked if you want to be contacted about the complaint, you say NO and are contacted anyway. One star is far too much in my opinion. Not recommended!
