Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers. Difficult to reach you after several attempts we were greeted by a very unpleasant person we just ask if our order was going to be sent. Parcel finally arrived the box containing the model + just a turn over bubble wrap without cardboard without protection box fold inside with broken parts. What can I say without being vulgar? Hello I ordered a product from you with the following order number HVEXS17JQ you didn't have it in stock so I cancelled my order but you sent it to me anyway. You offered to reimburse me if I didn't get my parcel back, which I did under your advice. I still haven't been reimbursed.
