It has been weeks since I ordered one... It has been weeks since I ordered one roll of oracover and still have not received it...

I ordered my model on Dec I ordered my model on Dec. 11, 2020 and today is Jan. 3. I have not yet received my order. I would like to know when I can expect my Christmas gift for my grandson. Kimberly Schneider

Good evening I was expecting a fully assembled model or at least a rigid body structure, but my friend (it was a gift) received a piece of plastic (to be filled with plaster?) and some poor quality decals, not even all the external parts. I'd like my money back (satisfied or reimbursed) but I'm told it's impossible at the moment.

I paid a lot of money for express delivery and upon placing my order received a confirmation email indicating that my order would arrive on December 24, 2020. I am still waiting for my order on January 2, 2021. Order tracking does not work. I get an error message indicating that this service is unavailable. I do not think I will order from them again.

Mixed opinion at first, with the order taking a bit long to be sent - the holidays and the current situation can probably explain that - and then, following a problem (an item received damaged), a slightly long response from customer service to my complaint (reminder necessary) - probably the same reasons as before... but the damaged order was replaced quickly in the end. Hello, my order was placed a few days before Christmas. It was not a problem that delivery would be delayed - especially because of the holidays. However, in the days that followed I kept getting emails asking me to complete the order even though I had transferred the amount. I received no reply to my e-mails. Only after contacting Paypal was there a brief response. When I placed the order with "1001Modellbau"" before Christmas, I was of the opinion that it was a German model making mail order company. If I had known that the company was based abroad, I would not have placed an order. Because of the current problem with Covid-19, I always have orders delivered to packing stations (which are operated by DHL) whenever possible. This is usually no problem with German retailers. Due to negative experiences, I know that delivery from other European countries to packing stations is often not possible - for whatever reason. This is also the case in this case: although a Packstation is specified on the delivery address, the goods were sent with dpd. It is possible that the shipment will be lost for a few euros, but with an order value of approx. 100 euros I will try to get the money back. My suggestions for improvement: 1. better organization of the ordering process 2. better communication with the customer 3. clearly formulate the delivery conditions or indicate the logistics partner clearly when ordering.
