Fast delivery time... However, the situation became more complicated when we had to return one of the products in the order (a product that did not meet our expectations): the request had been made on the site for over a week now and still no message authorizing the return. Ordered 2 weeks ago. It's a disaster!!! Out of 2 available items, 1 was transformed into a credit note and the other was shipped, supposedly 3 days ago. Since then my parcel is in the wild? No indication of pick-up on the Mondial Relay website. I'm not satisfied and I won't give up! Even if you can't be reached by phone or e-mail, I'd like you to explain what's going on. Somewhere along the shipping path the box lid side were in contact with moisture and now pulling apart from the moisture damage. Inside contents are OK. Not sure what happened but somewhat disappointing. Even shipping lable on carton is unreadable.

Don't even think about buying. I am editing a previous review because the system won't let me make another review. This is my second review of the same order. I ordered it 20 days ago I made a review 4 days ago that they answered me today telling me that customer service will contact me lie. They send you a tracking number from the post office showing that they have not delivered the package to the post office for delivery. No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the �tracking� was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it�s a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound and in general I was pleased with the service.
