Very satisfied with the first rate... Very satisfied with the first rate quality of my purchases which were mostly detail kits for the Tamiya P-38 I'm building. These pieces really enhance the kit building. I'm in the United States so I have to anticipate the shipping times, but I know that up front. Seems to have anything a modeler could possibly need so I will definitely buy from again for the Sherman tank and Wildcat kits I'm building next.

I have had several dealings with this company and have always found them to be professional in both service and delivery. They constantly update you with any problems that may arise due to shortage of stock or even delivery delays, especially over the last 7 - 8 months during the coronavirus pandemic. I would recommend anyone to check this site before making a purchase as I found the prices very competitive and in most cases unbeatable.

an order shipped 3 weeks after purchase even though the products were not out of stock! The result was a birthday present that arrived after the due date... I called after-sales 3 times, only to be told each time that it would be shipped the next day... the next day from when? next week? What nonsense! No apology or commercial gesture on their part! Their customers mean nothing to them! I would advise anyone not to buy from them!
