Reasonable price for merchandise. Correct delivery time and costs. My lead time was a little longer due to payment by cheque. Payment processing time is a little longer by post than electronically. On the other hand, order processing time is more than satisfactory. During transport, the risk of damage is limited due to the type of cushioning in the parcel. To be recommended

Awful service Good were only shipped after nearly 2 weeks ( despite showing as in stock ), they were only shipped after I said to cancel the order. Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.

delivery time too long and explanations of delivery times anything but clear: order validation time + delivery time expressed in working days + delivery time. In the end, an order placed on 82 was delivered on 202. By the way, I ordered a Humbrol (HU033) enamel paint and received an acrylic paint.

Great catalog from 1001 Modelkits, masses of figures to choose from and my request was met. Only one manufacturer and one set of figures out of 3,000 met my needs and 1001 Modelkits had it and supplied. Well done guys!!.

to give a correct grade, you'd have to have received the package....who's wandering where? the carrier got it, then didn't...so whose fault is that? it's clear to me that I won't be making any more purchases from 10001 ...because it was supposed to arrive within 3 to 4 days... and now it's double..... so who's taking me for a fool? the deliveryman or 1001 maquettes ....who was supposed to give it as a gift to a kid tomorrow night? now it's ruined... I can't take it anymore!
