I would give zero stars if possible! I ordered a model areoplane kit on the 8th of December, 2017 and it never arrived. I got an email saying it had shipped on the 17th of December and it still never came. Despite contacting 1001 Models numerous times via their website, email, Facebook and phone (answering machine, my French friend even left a message in French!) they have never responded to me. I am extremely upset as I am out of pocket and my 90 year old grandfather is missing his Christmas present. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

We are preparing a new order to send the product again as soon as possible unless the package is found in the meantime. We apologize for the inconvenience. Fast delivery and as ordered. The only drawback: the labels added from the top of the cap to the edge of the small Tamiya paint bottles are too sticky and once removed, the bottle sticks to the fingers, creating a risk of spilling the paint.
