After 16 days after the order (paid) I still have not received anything (not even the tracking code of the shipment) and in the face of my request for explanation after 5 days I still have not received a response.

I ordered last summer and have not received anything. I have been waiting 6 months or more for my money back. I know that there are bigger problems in this company and that mine is probably silly compared to others but I have been so outraged and disappointed not only by the treatment received by your store but also by the fact that you have taken me for a ride so far. I hope no one buys from your store because you do not know how to treat your customers at all.

I consider 1001 models very well stocked and clear in the structure of the site. If I may make one remark it concerns the field of color sales: rather than indicating the type of color (sometimes too general) it would be the case to enter the number of each individual color since in the assembly packs the shade is not indicated but almost always the code number.

bad experience model ordered for my child's christmas announced as deliverable on the site within 4 to 6 days. model never received. they don't have it in stock and clear their name by pointing to an error in information from one of their suppliers. I asked for a refund on december 1st. on december 8th, nothing arrived on my account. i e-mailed their customer service department (no phone number given) to find out how soon i would be refunded: no reply. i will not be ordering from them again. i'm sorry, but i'm not going to be reimbursed.

Extremely slow shipping I have ordered quite a bit from 1001 in the past, but lately am very disappointed with them. They claim free shipping on orders over $200, but they charge anyway. That's dishonest. When called on it, they issue a voucher. Not exactly the kind of thing which evokes confidence. It usually takes about a month before they finally ship, even though everything is in stock at time of ordering. This current order was paid for on the 19th of last month, and still shows a 'being processed' status. They don't respond to my emails, and I even called them at (617) 849-9224, only to get a recording stating that they will respond to all emails promptly... another lie. Basically, sad to say this, but I don't have much confidence in them anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible wait times for shipping, and their prices aren't even that competitive.

I placed the order in Nov 13 and to date (Dec 03) I have not received anything the goods are reported shipped with DHL on 24112014 but the tracking is invalid. I have sent several emails to customer service but no one has deigned to respond. Will the goods arrive????

For 2 months now I have been waiting for my delivery which should have been delivered to me 15 months ago??! The particularly bad thing is that nobody from the company thinks it is worth the effort to even say a word in response to my requests.
