A reliable on-line business that stocks items unobtainable anywhere else. This was my first purchase from 1001 Modelkits, and it was an entirely positive experience. I was searching for an out of production aircraft model, and this company was one of two places world-wide that indicated it was available. I ordered the item from both places. 1001 Modelkits kept in regular communication with me, indicating when the item would be shipped and when it was shipped. It arrived in perfect shape within a reasonable period of time. The other seller has not communicated with me, and I still have not received the item. Based on this experience, I hope I have the occasion to do business with 1001 Modelkits in the future.

I placed an order for two items after a reminder 10 days later and still had not received the parcel. After the 3rd message, I was told that one item was not available in the color I had ordered. Having accepted, I received my parcel but I only had one article out of two. I was told that they didn't know when it would be available. I was therefore charged on the date of my order and to this day there is still no sign of life from customer service. I strongly advise against ordering

order 13652 for my son Luc 12 years. ordered 5 penceaux two models and paint well received except there is just 1 brush. Reclamé reponse: c'est toujours vendu seul. Bizarre because the foto was well 5 and or 3 brushes for 2.60 approximately. I return to the site and surprise ........ fotos of brushes times 5 or faith 3 have disappeared. After several orders for products supposedly""available"" it turns out that on 1001maquettes these products are not in stock! This is regrettable, and in the end delays are lengthened. Shipping costs are exorbitant! Paying €890 plus shipping to receive a bubble envelope with your products in it is, in my opinion, taking the piss!

Item was delivered well after it was promised and horrible customer service I ordered a model to be delivered for the holidays, and it ended up being delivered a couple of weeks late. Attempted to contact the seller several times without response. Do not recommend.

Unreliable and Unavailable 1001models is a horrible company that does not return e-mails or voice mails for weeks. They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.
