I ordered a motorcycle model and was really disappointed. When I ordered, the product information was inaccurate (product to be assembled with glue as well as painted). When I received it, I realized that the bike had to be assembled and was already painted..... In addition, the delivery times were not respected, so I offered the model very late, which caused me a lot of inconvenience... I ordered a Ferrari Enzo (ref: 87775I) but received a plastic, radio-controlled Ferrari F430 (see photo). I called 1001maquettes to express my astonishment. They agreed to reimburse me but I had to pay for the return postage. Almost €13 in shipping costs for an order I would never have placed if the ad had been correct.
