Don't even think about buying. I am editing a previous review because the system won't let me make another review. This is my second review of the same order. I ordered it 20 days ago I made a review 4 days ago that they answered me today telling me that customer service will contact me lie. They send you a tracking number from the post office showing that they have not delivered the package to the post office for delivery. I will continue to update every day the valuations for everyone to know.

I am tired of not getting an answer about an order I placed on 11-15-2020. More than a month and they have not even delivered it to the post office to deliver it. Please give me my money back because if it doesn't arrive before 12-23-2020 I don't need the order anymore.

I have already claimed twice that I placed an order on 15-11-2020 and a month later it has not arrived. The explanation they give me is that it is in the post office, which is a lie. Disappointed. Order placed on 0512 on the basis of available items. Delivery within 4 to 6 working days. Credit card debited on the FRIDAY. On the 11th, with no news, I contacted 1001 Maquettes and received a reply on the 14th: product received this weekend. Then on the 15th I learned that the main product was on its way from a supplier. By this I mean""article indisponible"" or ""en cours d'approvisionnement"". None of these mentions appeared on the site at the time of the order. To date, SEVEN of these items are advertised as available. As for telephone contact, it rings in the void. I do not recommend this merchant.

Very disappointed by this site is not 1st order and last paintings order November 30 ship December 9 after we will say it's covid ... Good apologies, I live in Paris and the store is closed, so I have to pay shipping costs. Then they'll tell us it's shipping delays, and on top of that, I'll have them delivered to a relay point, so maybe I'll get them in January !!!! I ordered fabric from Hong Kong and had it delivered in a week with free shipping... Then they tell us to support small small businesses.... Look for the mistake... I wouldn't be doing good publicity and I'd say that ordering from Hong is cheaper and more convenient.

The parcel took 21 days although 7 days were initially specified. You are repeatedly put off and it is not possible to cancel even if the parcel has not yet been sent. After sending it back because the parcel arrived much too late, there was still no refund after more than a month. That was the first and also the last time I ordered anything here.

Sent an enquiry to them and asked them to cancel my order and also enquired as to what was wrong with their website unfortunately this resulted in several rude emails from them refusing to cancel my order, and not once explaining what was wrong with their website.However my order did arrive and sadly not the best quality! I would recommend shop around for your models and avoid these people.

The package "preparation" took 10 days (!) although the goods were in stock. Two small recipients and 4 plastic tubes. The goods were then registered with DHL for 3 days. After a total of 16 days I received the goods in an A4 envelope. You are repeatedly put off. Very bad store. If you can no longer manage the orders, give other delivery times or block the purchases.
