A product damaged during shipment (unpacked model brush) and still no refund for the missing product 5 weeks later. Ordered on July 2nd and received on the 22nd! One item was missing and the parcel was damaged. After complaining to the after-sales service, the item was returned to me with the wrong reference number (although I had indicated by e-mail that the reference number was correct, but not the description). I therefore received an article that did not correspond. When I complained, I was told, not very politely, that it was I who had given the reference number. I'm not responsible for your problems with reference numbers.

Frankly inadequate. 9 days to ship a small photo-etched part which was in stock, then 15 days to arrive from Northern France to the UK. So 24 days in total. The management needs to review its procedures. There are plenty of model suppliers out there.
