Highly unadvisable, I ordered a model that was announced and then finally sent 10 days after the announced time. The latter were delivered by a problematic service provider (mondial relay) who delivered to a store that had never been opened! 1001 maquettes hides behind the fact that it has no control over its delivery service providers. Highly unadvisable if you want a confident site capable of delivering professionally. Today, 28 days after my order, I still have nothing and my parcel is still in a collection center.

Very satisfied with the item. I would order again in the future.

On October 20, 2013 I made a purchase on this page of models to assemble the purchase had the order number 025823 and a value of 13836€ To be delivered in Madrid. By an error of this company the address was written incompletely I know this because in the mails that they sent me said "that the address was incomplete and that the postal company MRW was going to return the order" and also that as soon as it was in the hands of 1001maquetas they would send it again. It has been almost 5 years and they never sent the order again and they never refunded the money of the purchase. I got tired of writing and they didn't answer and calling.

The order received does not correspond at all to the one I placed.

Car color doesn't match used box why are you sending me a model that doesn't match. It would be better not to send anything than to send anything at all. Just say you don't have the model, it's safer.

I'm pleased with the choice of models and the speed of delivery. But be careful with the packaging of the parcel, which arrived late.

The order from 24.06.2018 has not yet been delivered. (as of 11.7.2018)

Delivery of 1001 maquettes took twice as long as initially planned. mondial relay did not change the place of delivery to make me happy and correct the delay. Finally, my parcel will be returned because I can't make myself or a third party available to collect it, so my child will only be able to play with his models in 1 month's time.

They forgot to send the package until I complained about it, so it arrived two weeks late with the box open and broken.

First time ordering from these guys and have to say very impressed. Ordered Tamiya panel line accent and Tamiya abs cement which I�ve found hard to come by. Delivery within a week well packaged and good prices. Would definitely use again

Incomplete order - a lot of negotiating to get the rest of the order shipped, especially as the size of the cardboard box received meant that the order really couldn't fit inside unless it was folded in 4! Unable to send the rest of the order in a cardboard box, the model's box is just protected by heat-shrink plastic, resulting in a damaged box that's great for a birthday present. V

Order placed on 03.05.2018 ... Goods not received until today. Anyone ordering here must know that it is not delivered from DE. It comes from France. When ordering was specified shipping in 24h this took place only after 15 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. Now the package has been damaged and is with DHL. IT NERVT. Was the first and last time I ordered something here.

Very fast delivery, team that listens, I recommend... BUT if I may say so: I ordered a kit and there was a mistake in the choice of paints. I had attached a visual with my order that clearly identified the paints I needed. After contacting you by phone, the member of your team clearly acknowledged that it was a mistake on your part. However, here's what I'm told: It's impossible for you to send me the missing paint because the shipping costs are higher than the product itself. So I have to buy the missing paint at my own expense (which I won't do), even though you are 100% responsible for this error, which you acknowledged... I therefore feel that it was up to you to repair it. It's all the more annoying because I took a lot of time to detail my order: by phone and via the chat on your website. This model is a project close to my heart.
