The delivery and after-sales service is unfortunate. I bought a model in January and today May 23rd I am still waiting for my money back. Right now they have the model and I do not get my money back in fact they do not even answer my emails. I do not recommend you to buy anything on this site: 1001maquetas Regrettable service! Today 29th day I still have not received my money despite the response from the store.

Unacceptable Service I placed my order on 4/28/2018 Saturday and I have not received my items as of 5/22/2018. The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30, not on 5/1,5/2,5/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site. I only wish I receive my items soon or at all.I made a huge mistake.

It has taken 14 days since I paid for it and I have sent two emails and they haven't even replied.

I ordered goods from you on 30.04.18 which have not yet arrived on 16.05.18. On 7.5.18 I received the message that it has been sent. Question: Will it arrive on foot?????

The model was VERY reasonably priced and arrived here sooner than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again -- in fact once I finish this kit I probably WILL order another kit from them!

Month and a half and still have not received the order. You contact customer service and they ignore it and pass the buck to the shipping company. I have been using it for a long time and I am very happy with it.

Ordering 129009 made on 24032018 and here we are still waiting! I don't know what happened but after one month I wish to ask for return! And who knows how long you have to wait for the return as well?

We zijn nu 19/04/2018 eindelijk bevestiging van levering??? Totaal onaanvaardbaar. Nooit nog iets bestellen. 0/10

Ideal product. The tracking mechanism once notification received that the item had been shipped did not seem to work.

Made purchase of a product that was supposed to be delivered in two-three days. Ordered and paid with EXRA DHL to have it in fast time as it was a birthday gift but the product arrived late after 4 days. Reported it to tech support but nothing. I will NOT buy from this site ever again

They've send me the wrong product twice. And in between they've accidentally cancelled my order and set up the wrong product again. They made every mistake they could make twice. It was very weird.

I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company.
