Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear) I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully, Phillip Hoglund

1001modelkits has a reasonable selection but what impressed me most was the quick and efficient delivery of my order. In less than a week after ordering my order was delivered - impressive taking into account that I'm located on the other side (Canada) of the pond! And the quality of the products 100% in accordance with how it was advertised.

I couldn't start the first step because the glue supplied is dry and therefore impossible to use, so I had to buy new glue. Unacceptable moreover it seeks to make me avoid registering a review because this one is negative rather than to contact me the product which you sell is registered all included/understood of which the adhesive but that which was in my parcel is unusable then to repair your faults rather than seeking to censure me

there was no paint in the boxbut after reclaiming it i had a hard time getting itthey sent me 5 out of 7 so i don't have all the colors great for making the model.

Delivery time too long, especially when you request and pay for rapid delivery.

order placed on 10.02.18 and still not shipped but my credit card was debited within 48h I think it my vaccine e.commerce request for order cancellation to this day

I ordered 4 very small pots of paint for models (14ml per pot) for a total of 7 euros shipping costs ? 7 euros also unbelievable.

Good selection of products and a nice alternative decal scheme made possible for my Beaver floatplane project. Delivery took a while longer than I expected but would be happy to use this company again.

You got me wrong 2 out of 5 models you never responded to my complaint you never published my complaints. Very little seriousness and professionalism ... my 120 euros you took it though!!!!

they do not meet the deadlines you call and tell you that they send it to you by DHL instead of by post to make it faster and the next day they send you an email saying that for two weeks. a mistake ???????? you shameless menudos sinvergüenzas you put that the shipment is made the next day not in four working days that have been six calendar days then you tell them that you do not want the order as well as five times that you refund the money and do not answer you I will pay shipping costs back and forth SIII but of my not comeis. and if anyone wants to buy there are more sites that where these spotmodel for example today day 7 I got the order and as I could not expect less is wrong wrong colors ask for two types of glue and with all the face you put the same 2 times you send them an email and do not answer come on a disaster of people now I told them to return all items to see if I get a response

Unprofessional order processing lack of communication and consideration for the customer

Found a fairly rare model kit here and as it was under �10 with postage had no qualms at all. Delivery took about a week but it was excellently packaged.

Fast shipping and received the product as expected.

Dit bedrijf is slecht. Ik had het bestelformulier goed ingevuld maar door een fout in hun systeem miste mijn huisnummer. Direct na de bevestigingsmail heb ik mijn juiste adres doorgegeven. Toch stuurde het bedrijf mijn pakketje op zonder huisnummer. En dus ging het retour afzender. Na maanden mailen en mijn geld terug vragen waar niet op gereageerd werd kreeg ik op 15 januari een bevestigingsmail van DHL dat mijn pakketje zou worden afgeleverd. Besteld in begin september 2017 en pas op 22 januari mijn pakketje krijgen. Het is een Frans bedrijf waar waarschijnlijk niemand de Engelse taal spreekt. Advies: BESTEL HIER NOOIT!

No refund from 02.01.2018 until today 25.01.2018 despite proof of receipt and several reminders. I will probably file a criminal complaint for suspected fraud. No response to my 7 emails to date!!!

I've had a great experience with ordering my pilot's. 1/72 scale. Vietnam. They arrived and they are detail. If you have more of the ones I ordered I will be interested in purchasing. Do you happen to have other Vietnam crew pilot's and side Gunner's?. My other ? Is do you have? Or make the side guns for the side Gunner's. At 1/72 ?. And if you do! Or decide to. I am very interested in picking those items up also. I will still be ordering in the future from you. Thank you very much.

I have been waiting for my order for days. No reaction neither by phone nor by mail ... Absolute scam

After several contacts phone calls emails I am still waiting for the refund of TWO orders from the beginning of DECEMBER 2017 that were not honored although the products appeared in stock on the website. I received an email last week saying it was going to be done but a week later still nothing. This is why I find this company's service to be rubbish and why I would certainly not recommend it.

I filed a complaint against them. Do not buy from them they have taken the first day of my order and still no package at the time of today. No refund in sight they do not even respond. Be really careful with this scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I placed my order on 07/01/2018 and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays but I've now tried 5 times and the UK number says its closed and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!
