You buy something they say they have in stock and it's a lie, they order it from their suppliers and in summary, it takes more than a month for the package to arrive. I bought an item on 11/24/25 with shipping on 11/25/25 and as of today 12/18/25 I have not received it, they shipped it on 12/16/25 but since that day the shipment has not moved, a complete disappointment. I will not buy anything here again.

Worst online store for hobby items From 3 orders: one of them is incomplete (missing items), another never arrived (got charged for delivery and waiting for the other half of a refund) and another item pre-ordered 1 year and got told that I will not receive it (0 compensation or refund) Best to try your luck with other stores

Apart from the delay in sending it, since I bought it and it was available, then they say they have to order it, so about 15 days of waiting in addition to shipping. I asked earlier by email if they were in Spanish, they replied weeks later that yes and I received the games with everything written on the boxes in French. I will not buy from this store again, if I had wanted it in French, I could have had it from Amazon the next day at home.

Scammers. Ordered in March, in November I am still missing part of it. Called and emailed multiple times, little to no response. Until I finally get feedback: they created a discount code. Order placed in May 2025, one of the products being on backorder for months, I requested twice, unsuccessfully, to cancel the order and get a refund without fees (and yes because beyond 14 days they impose a management fee of 25% of the total order, which in my opinion is a violation of Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code that allows the consumer to withdraw without fees if the order has not been fulfilled beyond a period of 30 days). Order received in November 2025, order not compliant, two products are missing and the product that was on backorder is not compliant. In short, a big scam and deplorable customer service.

Hello, it is rare for me to give such a bad rating but almost 2 months before receiving the ordered package 2 weeks before my son's birthday. We are 2 unhappy customers.
