I am very disappointed with my order. Because on the photo there are 3 mudguards while on the photo of the box that I received 1 mudguard for 3 twin essieus. And I had seen it on another site 2 x cheaper with 1 fender. But I wanted all 3, so I had to pay more than twice as much.

For Christmas I ordered a model that never arrived, nor did the promised refund. It smells like a scam! Absolutely avoid it!

I placed the order on the 30th I still do not have the model.... almost 20 euros shipping cost .... 15 days minimum to receive it.

I made a purchase on December 28th and paid expedited shipping no less than 1699 euros. On January 10 I have not received my order yet, on January 6 I filed a complaint with customer service and they have not even answered me. I don't think I will buy from them again even though I like the variety of products they offer.

I placed an order for batteries in November 2016 .2 months later nothing and ONLY one reply to my emails telling me to wait.....Who are they kidding? I don't even know if I'll be reimbursed, because in my misfortune I trusted them and paid right away, and 1001 maquettes cashed in right away..... Avoid this merchant site which hides thieves since they cash in without honouring the order or informing you of the follow-up. I'm furious and unhappy because I was hoping for these batteries for the children.

I ordered an item on December 4th and paid via Pay Pal. On my request on Dec. 24th I got the note that the request would be forwarded to customer service - I am still waiting for the goods or a reaction or any feedback from customer service

I have never had such a bad company. Delivery took 10 days. Returns just as long. And I've been waiting 5 weeks for my money. Last week I was in the live chat with an employee and went through all the data again and NOTHING happens. When I send a message NOTHING happens. Never again with 1001 Modellbau. Simply catastrophic.

I received all the items I had ordered but did not receive any reply or information after sending an e-mail. So I received the goods after about 14 days of anxiety. The selection of products is great but the information and delivery time cannot be estimated. I am therefore somewhat dissatisfied with the service for further orders. Site to be proscribed and banned. Out of 4 orders, 3 had supply and lead time problems (whereas on the site the material was ""in stock"" or available within 6 days). My last order, which I had the misfortune to place, was dated November 08, 2016 (the equipment was available, so there was no delay) ..... Parcel still not delivered and no news from 1001 maquettes despite several reminders. Thank you 1001 Maquettes for your long lead times and for not following up our orders.

Ordered on December 5 for a birthday present on December 20 (wooden boat to build). I only saw the negative reviews afterwards and crossed my fingers to avoid them. Missed! I got there early to avoid any problems and it was a failure, I had to make another purchase elsewhere... Parcel delivered and to my great surprise the package is super light and not very bulky... I opened it and was astonished to find only a box of fittings. I call customer service, which answers with great difficulty after X attempts, and I'm told that the package will be reshipped as soon as possible by Collissimo and that I'll be sent a confirmation e-mail so that I can have everything as soon as possible. The paint, Humbrol Polished Steel, was very poor- separated into solid clumps and liquid, despite stirring, and was not fit for purpose. This is really Humbrol's fault but the supplier should ensure it supplies decent products. The definitions for the star ratings seem heavy on 'friction' and 'conduct'. I had no problems in these areas, but the whole experience was still Bad
