Ordered on April 29 with models and other in stock at the time of purchase and then patatttttra... out of stock more than a week after ordering, mail from customer service... we change the products ok no probleme et après 15 jours patttaaaattrrra plus en stock non plus avec c""CADEAU"" !!! un ""avoir"" avec des frais de port Tellement commerçant ces gens là?!?! It takes a lot of nerve to ask for an opinion on a material that has NOT yet been received, I think you have a problem. I will NEVER advise anyone to buy your models.

I placed my order on 18.01.2015 and paid immediately but never received anything. customer service only got in touch on 4.02.2015 after I had already sent several emails. here is the wording of the email: Sorry for the late reply. I contacted our logistician about your order. I will reply to you as soon as possible with more information. With kind regards The customer service 1001modellbau.de Since then I have heard nothing more from them, although I had sent a few more e-mails, I asked them to send me my money back or the goods. I will never order here again.

Disappointment I was very disappointed with my experience. First, I waited several weeks before I was told they could not fulfill my order, but I was not told what was not being filled. Then I only ended up receiving four of twelve items I ordered. Store credit given but a lot of time wasted waiting to do a project that I was trying to do. I will look elsewhere next time.

I live in the Canary Islands Spain and I had to pay 30e for shipping in a private company but they sent it by ordinary mail which has a cost of 890e. I have been ripped off

I have received your various emails to the effect that my order had been taken into consideration and that the parcel had left, but to date nothing has happened. It was the Tyrrell I was intending to give as a birthday present on March 4, so I hope that the situation will be regularized.

Order placed on December 17 and to date nothing received!!! First I'm told the item is unavailable, then I'm told my order will be shipped, but I'm still waiting... I ask them for a refund but they're still nowhere to be found. On the other hand, when it comes to sending out promotional e-mails, they're pretty good at sending out almost one per month.

What a bad idea to have ordered a model as a Christmas present on this site in mid-December! delivery times of the type""shipped in 2"" are not reliable since in my case this turned into 1 week.... The reason given by 1001Maquette was that their supplier had made a mistake (although I had only ordered in-stock items). 1001Maquette's shipping department doesn't seem to be reactive at all.

I am very disappointed with shipments, they take a very long time.

Following orders on this site there are systematically missing products in the shipment or products available to the order and in fact absent in coimmande.

Package damaged box and model broken! explanation of the letter carrier: error in the shipping address! the package had been sent back to 1001 maquette!!! which I had not been aware of!

Do not purchase from under any circumstances. I ordered the Tamiya 1:35-35065 German Panther Tank on 1/10/15. My card was charged and an email sent to me on 1/11/15 that I should allow 12 - 15 business days altogether. It is now 1/31/15 which means that 15 business days has expired. My purchase is still ""order being processed"". The email sent also said that they did not have any of the item in stock, despite the website saying that there was several (as it does now). Furthermore, the PRICE HAS DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY while my order has been sitting in processing. The amount charged to me was 36.99USD and the current cost of the kit is now 24.99 and is on sale for 23.74. I have messaged the company about having my order cancelled, or the item shipped and the difference in cost refunded to me but have not received a reply. At this time I believe that I will not receive a refund nor my purchased goods and that 44.99 (model, tax and shipping costs) has been stolen from me. Do not purchase from.

Always ads for sales but the day I buy a model no sale

Despite payment and notification that the order was dispatched on the day of the order, no delivery has yet been made. Completely unacceptable! Never again!

The website showed the product to be in stock when in fact it was not. I had to wait 1 week for a terse response from customer service and 2 weeks for the parcel to be sent. Then the parcel was very badly packed, and some of the decorative parts came off the model I'd been waiting for. In this case, given the price of the object, one could be more careful. Goods were confirmed as in stock, paid for - then email: not in stock after all. To top it all off: No refund of the payment but a voucher was offered. All I can say about this is: absolutely lousy business practices.

Horrible experience This was a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a book December 31, 2014. My order was processed immediately. I got the book today January 24, 2015. Almost a month later. Supposedly the book was coming from a depot in Europe and had some additional information required by Customs. That is BOGUS. If you don't have the book in stock for immediate delivery, say so. From now on, will use (external reference) in England. Never had problems with them. Will NEVER EVER use this vendor again. Asked for updates on status on the 16th and did not hear back for a week. This was a Horrible experience. Finished the model that I was buying the book as a reference for the day before the book arrived as I had pretty much given up on getting the book. Will never use this company again.

I placed an order on Sunday on the site for a B-19 model in 148 scale to be received before the weekend so that I could give it as a gift the following Sunday, and I received my package on time, but with a box of 4 model airplanes that I don't want in 172 scale... The error being human, I notified the site the same day, i.e. the Thursday of receipt, and after an hour I received a message asking me if I had opened the box and if I could attach a photo of it. Immediately I reply that the box is still well sealed and a photo accompanies the message. And now I'm angry because since then there's been no news, no apologies, no quick resolution and not even a word to reassure their customer, which is disappointing. I was supposed to give this model to an enthusiast tomorrow and I'll have to do without it. I find it regrettable to remain silent for 3 days when a small to find a quick and simple way out.... I'm still waiting for an answer

Do not waste your time or money Fast to take your money, but slow to get you your order, I think they ship by sail boat, I placed my order on 1/10 and it is now 2/11 and I have still not gotten my order. This is the most I ever paid for shipping, and the longest I have ever waited. One of the worst I have ever encountered. Since I started to see things wrong with my order since previously they had answered me to tell me that my purchase would arrive before Christmas because I wanted it for a gift to a child. The truth is that I made a mistake when choosing the country since for the Canary Islands we have a different one from the rest of Spain. Assuming that mistake I have asked for information on approximate delivery date up to four times and I have received total silence for an answer. The last email I sent I threatened to do what I am doing now and today the system of 1001 maquetas does not allow me to see the history of my order. I see for the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer I will be without my order and let's see if I will also lose the money I paid from the past.
