part in stock on the site with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks (order placed in August, staff on vacation, understandable), problem, the part is in stock, but with the supplier who...is in England. order received at the end of September, beyond the expected lead time, I understand that 1001 hobbies is dependent on its supplier and English customs, but not to display product in stock.
I would like to thank the person I spoke to on the phone, who gave me an explanation and made a commercial gesture, and who was also waiting for his orders (taken "hostage" by British customs/ long live Brexit. Sincerely

Delivery times to the UK were OK, given the added complication of Brexit, and there was a brief hold-up due to a query on the import paperwork. On arrival the kits were delivered in a box that was just about adequate, but it and the internal packing could have been better and I feel lucky that there wasn't actually any damage to the contents. Hence only 4 stars rather than 5.
