Well, the model arrived. But I couldn't find out the status of my order since it was a pre-order. I knew it had already arrived at other stores, but I wrote 3 emails and none were answered. There are too many things on the website, which is very good, but you really don't know what they have in real stock and you don't know if your order will arrive, and that is frustrating nowadays. Other than that, good price and once shipped everything was fine. I would buy again but only things that are actually in stock. Thank you

Hello, I received your order with a lot of delay, not having any email, I had to send you one to find out what was going on. You replied that a product was missing and would be replaced by another which I accepted, but when I received my order, I realized that the product you sent me did not meet my expectations. It was a product for the airbrush and I do not have an airbrush. However, the other products I ordered are very good, nothing to say. Have a nice day.

I actually wanted to cancel the pre-order, but they did not want to refund my money. When I ordered it, I also paid extra for safe shipping, but it was just thrown in the box with only paper at the bottom. I hate this company; I hope it goes bankrupt. Thieves.

Product, choice, availability nothing to complain about 1001hobbies. However, I take away one star for the attention to the package. Thin cardboard, model without protection or bubble wrap, I had also ordered a Tumbler which moved around the whole trip, model box crushed, cardboard crushed... To be reviewed on this point.
