The service was ok. the problem was shipping a fragile small piece of sheet brass in a shipping envelope was not very smart. Mine was bent and everyone knows once bent there is no going back. At least use a small box or a stiff piece of cardboard. Outside of that the art work is great.

After more than a month, I received a response that I would receive a credit note (no refund) and then a shipping notification - i.e. 1 cancelation and 1 delivery. This was not communicated - one may conclude. Price and goods are fine, reliability/reliability in this repeated case is not.
