It's a shame your sales department can't change the delivery address once the order has been placed online, even though my order is still with you. I deduce from this that humans have no control over your computer system, and that your logistics department simply sticks on the labels supplied by your system, with no other solution than to obey the machine... . Too bad for me if I have to move unexpectedly. So today I can't use your products, which have arrived where I am no longer. Even if your delivery was correctly made to the address originally planned. A little flexibility and willingness to respond positively to my request would have been welcome. So the order was delivered on time, but I don't know when I'll be able to pick it up. Too bad again.
