Delivery date was a lot later than advertised. On the delivery date there was only a message that the package was damaged. A few days later a message that delivery date was cancelled or changed by me (though I did not do that). Eventually package arrived. I had to look up the changes myself, I did not get updates. Also I did not get any replies on my mails to customer service.

Delay of one and a half months on the scheduled delivery date, but since the product was "made in Russia", given the current times, I would be lenient. However, it is regrettable to have no contact with 1001 hobbies and only receive "automated emails" with no interest in each request.

First order at 1001 hobbies and very satisfied. However, a small downside for the packaging of the glass Tamiya paint pots, it might be important to protect them in bubble wrap. My box arrived torn and the paints could have easily spilled out. Otherwise, nothing to report, I recommend.
