The product itself is flawless and the delivery (time) was great. But it can't be that a puzzle is delivered in such an oversized package! About environmentally friendly etc. This made us very angry!

Ok they have an amazing selection of paints and other things. But the shipping was $15! I added some other stuff to the cart and then looked at the total cost. The shipping FREAKING WENT UP TO 22$. THIS IS FREAKING ROBBERY. There should be a deal where if you spend over $30 the shipping goes down. My subtotal was $40 but the with shipping it was $62. I was so mad that I didn't even purchase my items and I still won't until I get a reasonable answer on why the shipping is so expensive.
