Very complete website. Very professional home deliveries. This time I had a stock problem with a reference, because when I placed the order there were units available, with immediate delivery of the four references requested. But I guess that due to some computer problem, one of the references had no material left to send me. After six weeks, and after placing another order for other references, they have sent me the three references that were withheld. And when they get the missing one back, they will send it to me.

Good site, fast delivery

Parts ordered were flush, but delivery times were long for parts that were in stock according to the site.

Everything perfect, it took a while to be shipped due to the lack of a product, once shipped it arrived the next day.

Finally delivered yesterday (long delay due to UPS and the broker in the UK messing about AFTER it had cleared customs. 1001 hobbies had already CHARGED me to use PayPal! Never had that before, from any supplier anywhere!! Then, on top of the VAT charged in France, I also got a massive import charge. So my order ended up being over £500+. I have to assume/hope the item will be 100% OK…not opened as it is a Christmas present. I don’t know if I could have ordered this anywhere else…but if I could have I would. Will never buy again from a seller that uses UPS, they let you down BADLY, so the whole experience was a bad one. Have never had so much messing about, and I ship from all over the world.

Order delivered in the correct time (12 days), however the deliveries are not always fast.
I have a pending order placed on October 14 and as of today, November 9, I do not know when I will receive it.
I have been a customer since 2013 and in other orders I have had problems with deliveries. They should improve their deliveries.

It is a pity that the delivery time in relation to the indication of the quote is not respected. I know the products of the brand AEDES which are of good qualities.

Shipping times can sometimes be long. The site lacks information on product availability. But the sales department is responsive and adapts to complaints.

Order delivered on time but very disappointed by the contents of the box, badly deburred parts, brittle and difficult to assemble.I will not order any more products from this brand.very poor value for money.

Fine, but I made two orders a day apart, and the sum of the two gave me free delivery.... One was sent to my address and the other by mondial relais , with both delivery charges.... Go figure. Too bad.

The ladybug is very pretty, a carbon copy of the one in the Disney film. Nevertheless, I didn't think it was so tiny.

Well packed and good updates only negative is that it needs to be clearer how high costs can be as item from France cost almost 25% in customs fees. Would have brought from outside EU as their charges are less

Hello, I had ordered the DS 19 for the 60 years of citroen, included in the box the convertible ref: 80795. In your quote it is still there and you have sent the ref;1000567950 hardtop, too bad I want the convertible.

The delivery notification was not opening. This in contrast to previous orders. Nicely taken care of though.

The site has gotten better (faster), however, it did take about 4 weeks for me to receive the products.

Honestly I try the site very easy and intuitive, however I would like a more detailed description of the products for sale so as not to run into mistakes in purchasing and returns

The products were as ordered, but it took a week to arrive, one package came perfect and the other completely dented.

Fast correct delivery

Order delivered promptly with no problems. The only drawback was that one of the kits must have been quite old, and some of the paints supplied with it were dry. The little nephew was still able to make his model (it's always useful to keep paint pots :) ).

The experience has been good, I recommend this store.

le prime volte è stato tutto fantastico ma da quando ho richiesto il codice mt35021 che mi avevate detto di spedirmi successivamente perché avevate dimenticato di inserire nell'ordine fatto le cose non vanno più bene. Ho scritto molte volte ma ancora non ho ricevuto risposta alla mia domanda perché il prodotto da me richiesto è presente e disponibile ma io non riesco ancora ad averlo. Mi avete dato solo un buono corrispondente all'importo da me pagato per l'oggetto ma io vorrei quello che ho ordinato.
