Zeer ontevreden! Een artikel besteld op 06/12/2020 en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijk contact doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop een credietnota terugzenden van artikel (!). Terwijl de wettelijke levertermijn van 30 dagen ruimschoots is overtreden en ik dus recht heb om de verkoopsovereenkomst ongedaan te maken en ze mijn geld terug moeten storten!

The company sent the wrong items. It took me six emails to finally get them to somewhat acknowledge the mistake. I was supposed to pay postage to send the wrong items back to France. I'll never do business with the company again. $50 out the window.

My order was launched on 1812 and the package arrived on 141. I judge the service acceptable only in light of the Christmas season and the particular situation due to the pandemic. Normally I would expect faster delivery.
