good material but delivery too long

I ordered for a Christmas gift so I took the impeccable gift wrapping everything arrived without problems and well packaged . Unfortunately I took delivery in two days and they took more than two weeks before delivery.

Order supposed to be shipped on 0812... And as of today 2412... Nothing... I'm told that as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier I'll be notified.... But when??! I don't know... I thought I'd receive my parcel for Christmas... Not a chance.

Everything was done correctly using website. The only complaints if you want to call them that is that the phone support was only in English (and so to avoid mistakes I did it myself using the site) and secondly the whole COBI catalog was not available (the selection was wide anyway) and some things I was looking for were not there... we will try again maybe later. I ordered a model kit on the 2nd December intended as a Christmas gift. The order arrived but contained a piece of heatproof glass with nothing else certainly no model kit and not even a delivery note. I contacted customer service and 3 days later I received a response asking for photos of what I had received. I sent photos and another 4 days before I received a response advising the photos can�t be opened and wishing me a happy Christmas season. I have resent the photos and received no response. I followed up with another email and almost a week later I have had no response. I paid over �50 for the kit and just want a refund now. I would not order again from this company. Mistakes happen but it�s now two weeks ago since I reported the issue and I am not confident my money will be refunded.

It was just a pity that the models you didn't have in stock weren't indicated. So it took almost a month from the order (November 17) to payment by credit card and delivery... in mid-December... But you have some interesting models. In any case, I can recommend your brand without hesitation.

I placed an order at the beginning of the month with no news on the status of the order, which remained unchanged for several weeks. I had to contact them again for the order to be placed.
