Satisfactory packaging but almost 1 month for an order of 6 pots of paint! No information on progress except when I contacted the site by e-mail (quick response but no estimated time). No word of apology ... nothing It's a shame because my 1st order was perfect. 1001 usually have the kits that I want. Delivery can sometimes take quite a while as the warehouse seems to be in France. Last order seemed to take about 3 weeks from order to delivery, but they are probably suffering with lockdowns as much as anyone.

Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE
