Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my Mom. Had a problem with shipping (it was accidentally shipped to me rather than my Mom, but this was a postal carrier error, not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.

Simple. They sent the wrong size/scale of tank track and they sent 2 sets of the wrong size track. Let's see how long it takes '1001' to correct. I sent back the two sets last week - October 8th 2020

Op 10 september 2020 artikel TU00366 besteld en betaald. Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als �aangemeld� maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.
