Very good! for it to be perfect it would be necessary to reinforce a little the packing of the parcels which are sometimes badly handled during their delivery!

I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

For my first order, a very long lead time, admittedly during the containment period, but lack of communication. A lot of improvement with the second order, both in terms of delivery time and availability of products.

Package received promptly...however packaging not very discreet (bubble wrap) the package can be stolen or as is my case my son received the package only it was his birthday gift

Coincidentally this model is reasonably normally priced but I regularly come across aircraft kits that are 2x as expensive elsewhere good example is the Tamiya P28 Lightning1:48 scale costs at you €110- while everywhere else €65- To €69- as well as the AirfixMosquito scale 1:24 at julle far over the €200- while you m elsewhere can buy for half this strikes me with many of your packages why is this so? But ordered items from me are always very good and fast delivery so that is top With kind regards

The model itself is the size we wanted, but it's one thing for the chassis to clip on poorly to the passenger compartment. You'll have to work a little harder. But that the windshield doesn't match the Volkswagen newbeetle we ordered is quite another. I've tried to contact you without success. No one answers. So ordering another model is not advisable. It took much longer than the offer stated but 1001 Modellbau managed to deliver this very rare kit. And in perfect condition. I am thrilled.

If there was a zero rating l would use it. I ordered 2 separate decal sheets. One said ships today and the other said ships in 3-6 business days. After 14 days l contacted them and they told me one 1 item was out of stock and they advised they were looking for another supplier. I asked them to send me the one item they had and they refused. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund they refused stating their logistics would make that impossible. They also advised that their ""logistician""??? could not perform that function. They are as bad as the Chinese company Goutuin. They advertised and sold merchandise they didn't have and they also reused refund. In closing 1001 Hobby kits sucks and I will never do business with them again and recommend that you don't either.

I was very upset when UPS sent me an... I was very upset when UPS sent me an email telling me my F-106 model had been delivered and UPS had not been seen on the street I live on. So I start a claim against UPS and the claim was denied because only the shipper can file a claim. On the third evening while I was working on the claim I received a phone call from someone 4 blocks away informing me that they had my shipment. It was addressed to me but had the wrong address on the package. This kind person researched my name and found my address and they were on the to deliver it. I checked the order and my mailing address was correct. Someone at the shippers end entered the wrong address. The model looks great but I will have to find a way to remove the decals and put the set I ordered on. I wish they produce the aircraft model without decals so customers then apply what they want on them.

The mould itself was good- the parts… The mould itself was good- the parts were of good quality and were an army green colour, making it easier to paint after assembling. However, it did not include decals. Also, the instructions omitted certain parts and were difficult to understand.

I have bee flying radio control aircraft for over 40 years but made the mistake of buying a glider based on the description only to find that it appeared to be a very expensive toy and it went straight in the rubbish bin. Great product quality. Delivery did not take that long considering coming from Europe to the US and the current health environment.

In the demonstration video of the item I chose you can see the box open and you can see that inside the pieces to be assembled are green but when the package arrived to my bitter surprise the pieces were white i.e. to be painted. They told me they would email me the free return form but to date despite my email reminder I have not received anything.
