Hello I received my R5 Turbo model in the post. But the package was folded in two. However nothing is broken inside. I find it shocking to see this kind of delivery principles.

Delivery times too long

it's difficult to choose the color of the pot on the screen, as it's not the real one.

The order took quite a long time and was also wrong, but it could be remedied with some speed.

Perfect transaction. Too bad the preparation and delivery times were a bit long, but I recommend it.

The site can be a bit 'clunky' to navigate if you are not sure what you're looking for. Overall though, the site does have extensive ranges of models, paints, etc. The prices compare well to Amazon and eBay and delivery dates are really good and mostly the orders arrive before the quoted dates. It's just not that easy to use on a mobile phone!

Bought a model Ferrari for my son. Transaction went through easily enough. However, the model came from France and the tracking information (translated from French) suggested it might take 30 days before delivery. Contacted 1001Modelkits to ask for clarification and did not receive any reply. Slightly disappointing. The model did turn up, however, a few days later. So alls well that ends well. Just please, reply to correspondence.

Although the goods ordered were of high quality, I feel the service was slow for this day and age with misleading dates quoted on the tracking facility.

Good shop lots of choice and well organized! Couple of small issues but irritating: - the link in the e-mails sometimes does not work because of the confusion in 1001hobbies and 1001modelbouw - delivery time of some items is very long.

5 days to prepare a parcel is much too long and I missed my gift for an 8 year old boy.

Order placed on July 10, received on July 28. However, the product was in stock. The order remained in process for nearly 15 days, except for the debiting of the invoice, which was immediate and not carried out on the day of dispatch.

My second order was with Callisimo which casted a lot of uncertainty because of previous first hand -ve experience. 13 days now after they claimed it has departed French airspace and I am still waiting for it here in HKG. We shall see.

Delivery much too late Logistics to be seriously reviewed I wanted a quick fix I wouldn't call on you again for quick delivery. More than 15 days for delivery. It's time to move to 2.0 delivery and get a head start on 3.0. Delivery times

Very happy with the figurines. On the other hand, the Chronopost delivery was mediocre. The drivers were unable to deliver the parcel to the right address.

I received your package from France to California USA in 3 days! Amazing service during this pandemic. My only complaint is that I did not realize the electric racetrack would have European plugs. Guess I missed that info in the product description. A quick run to the drug store to get an adapter solved the problem.

I had to wait a very long time for the model building boxes and the delivery man could not find my address??These apartments have been there for eight years!!!

Ordered a PE set for the Arizona in 1:200 scale. According to the item description, delivery would be on July 20th. So I waited. On the 20th the status was actually set to ""shipping is being prepared"". On the 21st the package went out and UPS number was provided. Received item via UPS on the 24th as announced via UPS. Shipment was probably from France. The packaging in the envelope of the PE set shows some signs of damage. Either the UPS courier had a bad day or the employee who packed the item. But otherwise the PE set is complete and in good condition. So the bottom line - ordered and received as 1001Modellbau.de had stated in the item description. Because of the packaging one star deduction otherwise it would have been 5.
