Service from 1001 hobbies was good Service from 1001 hobbies was good but what I bought was rubbish. I have bee flying radio control aircraft for over 40 years but made the mistake of buying a glider based on the description only to find that it appeared to be a very expensive toy and it went straight in the rubbish bin. You live and learn.

The box was in very poor condition so I have to check the contents for damage first. The packaging was perfect, but the box containing the model was crushed in more ways than one.

Great choice of model paints Great choice of model paints. Delivery took a while but I think that's to be expected at the moment with the pandemic. When I contacted them I got a quick response from customer services to apologise and explain the delay was down to one paint being temporarily out of stock. Overall, good service and would use again.

Reliable siteema I did not find much general assortment model cars I was interested in the Ferrari to give as a gift and it's fine I had ordered red ede and arrived blackin fact in the next orders specified it. Anyway you are fast (codid aside)and reliable and the goods arrive undamaged.

The delivery was weeks later than indicated when ordering I had to contact them myself to suggest splitting my delivery into the items that were in stock and those that had not yet been delivered by the supplier In the end, everything took so long that I did indeed receive the delivery in two packages on the same day :-(

I have changed my mind following the sudden release of my order, which was finally processed and delivered in 7 days after 15 days without any news.
